Building the Bridge...

Bridge Church began in 2003 with a simple desire to build a Christ-centered community that feels like home. From the beginning, this hasn’t just been a place to attend. It’s been a family. A place where people are known, faith grows, and real relationships take root.

Someone once described Bridge Church as a Community Center for Christ, and honestly, we’ve always loved that. It captures something real about who we are. We’re a church, but we’re also a gathering place. A space where relationships form, gifts are discovered, and lives are shaped around the love and mission of Jesus.

Over the years, our space has helped launch new churches, host ministry events, and create room for worship. While we were based on Palm Street in the Grandview Heights neighborhood, we also opened our doors for town halls, art shows, concerts, dance recitals, and neighborhood gatherings. It became a place where faith and community could grow side by side.

Now, as we step into a new chapter at our new 27th Street location, the heart of Bridge Church remains the same. The Bridge has never been about the building. The people who make up this church family define who we are. The building is simply a tool we use to carry the mission forward, serve our city, and grow together with Jesus. Whether you’re a lifelong believer or just beginning to explore faith, there’s a place for you to call “home” here.
